The value of a case cannot be determined until your injuries are stabilized. We must be able to determine your total medical bills, lost wages and other expenses, and we need to obtain a final opinion regarding future problems from your doctors. We have handled hundreds of personal injury cases and have successfully collected many millions of dollars in settlements and benefits for our clients. We always strive to recover the full value of each claim.
Lawyers customarily handle personal injury cases on a contingent basis. In other words, unless we win your case and we collect, you owe no fees whatsoever. Our fees are a percentage of the recovery, and we are competitive with other law firms. Generally, fees are computed before deduction of costs. Ethical rules require that clients are ultimately responsible for the expenses regardless of outcome. In most cases our law firm advances all costs, however.

As a general rule, the following are damages that one may be able to collect:
Every case is different. It depends on how long you continue to treat with doctors. Sometimes it takes a long time for injuries to be discovered and corrected. We never recommend early settlement for that reason. We are proud of the timely manner in which we are able to conclude claims once it is appropriate to do so.
